Compared

We've written up the alternatives, including where they win.

Comparison pages usually exist to make one product look good. These say plainly which product we'd send you to instead, and why.

Meridian vs Bonsai

The closest competitor, and the one worth taking seriously. Flat pricing against per-seat, a fourteen-day trial against seven, and a UK build against a US one — but a smaller template library and fewer integrations.

Bonsai wins on maturity. Meridian wins on cost and on being built here.

Asana pricing in the UK

Every tier converted into pounds, the timesheet add-on that isn't in the headline price, and the four things you'll still be buying alongside it.

Not really a competitor. If your work is project-shaped, Asana is better at that than we are.

What your stack actually costs

Tick the tools you pay for, set your headcount, see the monthly and annual bill. Live 2026 UK pricing across nine products. No email, nothing saved.

Most three-person consultancies land between £70 and £120 a month.

Why these read the way they do

A comparison you can't lose is a comparison nobody believes

Every page here has a section saying who should buy the other product. That isn't modesty. If you switch to Meridian and it turns out to be the wrong fit, you cancel in month two and we've both wasted the effort of moving your client data.

Meridian is built for UK independent consultants and fractional executives — one to five people, retained or day-rate work, an accountant already in place. It is not built for creative agencies, and it isn't trying to replace your bookkeeping.

Prices quoted across these pages are list prices from public pricing pages as at August 2026. If you find one that's gone stale, tell us and we'll correct it.
